To further advance the university’s internationalization efforts and promote the implementation of the "Chinese + Vocational Skills" program, Vice President Chen Jiangfeng and Bai Xuefei, Deputy Director of the Overseas Integrated Management Department at CITIC Dicastal, led a delegation to the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) on the afternoon of September 29. They were warmly received by Hu Zhiping, Deputy Director of CLEC.

During the meeting, Chen Jiangfeng provided a brief overview of the university’s recent achievements and updated the progress of the "Chinese + Vocational Skills" initiatives. Bai Xuefei introduced CITIC Dicastal’s global operations, particularly the development of its Morocco branch.Hu Zhiping expressed his delight at seeing both the university and the company reach a consensus on collaboration. He looks forward to future cooperation among CLEC, the university, and CITIC Dicastal under the "Chinese + Vocational Skills" framework, aiming to implement more "small yet impactful" projects that benefit local communities. These initiatives will focus on Chinese language training, cross-cultural understanding, technical skills development, and Chinese language education for overseas communities—supporting the global expansion of Chinese enterprises and contributing to the Belt and Road Initiative.The three parties also engaged in detailed discussions on project development, teacher deployment, and corporate growth strategies.

The meeting was attended by representatives from the university’s Division of International Cooperation & Exchange (Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs) and CITIC Dicastal’s Overseas Integrated Management Department.
