School Invited to Speak at the 25th China Annual Conference for International Education

The 25th China Annual Conference for International Education was held from October 31 to November 2 at the China National Convention Center in Beijing, under the theme "Education: For All, For the Unknown, For the Future."Vice President Chen Jiangfeng was invited to attend the conference and delivered a speech at the sub-forum "Synergistic Diversity, Digital Empowerment: Innovative Development of Cross-Border Vocational Education." He shared the schools experience in "digital globalization" as part of its international education initiatives.

Titled "Digital Leadership, Innovation Empowerment: Exploring New Pathways for International Cooperation in Vocational Education," Chen Jiangfengs presentation introduced the schools background, the mission of its international programs, and its recent efforts in digitizing vocational education resources for global outreach. He highlighted the institutions achievements in four key areas: top-level planning, curriculum development, resource building, and smart teaching, drawing significant attention from attendees.

During the conference,Division of International Cooperation & Exchange (Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs) also engaged in on-site discussions with Manukau Institute of Technology in New Zealand, reaching a consensus on accelerating the implementation of joint projects.

The China Annual Conference for International Education is a premier global education event hosted by the China Education Association for International Exchange, approved by the State Council and supported by the Ministry of Education. Since its inception in 2000, it has become Chinas largest comprehensive platform for educational collaboration and exchange, as well as one of Asias most influential international education summits. The 2024 edition brought together over 1,000 universities and educational institutions from more than 60 countries and regions, attracting over 65,000 in-person attendees.
